July 14 – September 10, 2017
Curated by Studio Berman

Fifteen years after his death, GIO ‘POMODORO (Orciano of Pesaro, 1930 – Milan, 2002) returns to Turin – the city which the artist has always had a close connection with – with his carved and drawn works: the Accorsi-Ometto Foundation, in fact, with this exhibition opens to contemporary art, wants to homage the Marquis sculptor with a review in which the sculptures dialogue with a rich selection of pictorial artwork on paper.
The 57 masterpieces on display, covering the period 1954-2000, therefore offer an exhaustive example of three and two dimensional works of the most important cycles of the Master (signs, tensions, contacts, solos and architectural works).
